Refund policy

Due to the unique nature of our jewelry and as each piece is made to order, SLJ does not offer refunds. If you are unsure about a piece, please contact the studio prior to ordering. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have!

As a custom studio, we are firm on our refund policy. However, if you are unhappy with your SLJ piece, a store exchange credit may be the solution you are looking for. Customers must contact SLJ within 72 hours of receipt of your order to qualify for an exchange.​
